Floating head on Kress router

Hi,

Is there someone who build a floating head on Kress. I mean the mounting system for Kress router to allow it for constant depth engraving.

I would like to build one and I am out of any ideas.

Check the new engraving forum here on the zone. I think you are talking about a spring loaded tool holder.

Hi,

Thank you. I have seen that before. I am not talking exactly about that despite is similar. I am talking about a tool holder, actually a colar and a nose, which all together are alowing the cutter to keep constant deep when engraving having the reference the surface of stock. I have somewhere a picture of a commercial version. I must check to see where I lost it. Anyway, I am interested if somebody tried design and build such a floating head for Kress.
