Anyone know how to hook up a handling table to make the CNC control it. I will be using pneumatic cylinders to actuate rollers up and down and a top clamp roller. sequence will go as follows: rollers up (move pipe in) chuck rollers down top clamp down run program I'm thinking of using proxy switches for positioning of "up and down" Thanks |

| You need a small PLC to do this. Very inexpensive on Ebay if you don't mind used. An M code from your CNC machine can send a bit to the PLC telling it to do one more cycle. Or, buy Camsoft, the PLC is included. Others may have this feature. Karl |
