I need help about cutting heads which apply to apparel pattern cutting machine

I am doing a project for designing cutting heads for apparel pattern cutting machine. However, I don't know how to get the information. I found through the Internet, but it seems all my effort was wasted. I can't find many information......the key players who make or design apparel cutting machine, current product design trend and the technology status of the cutting head design, the rationale of the cutting head designs, what functional specification I should include for cutting head, what subsystems there are in cutting heads......I really feel frustrated after searching for those information for these days......I have attached the requirements for my project. Can anyone give me some ideas for the project, or some information related, or some websites which are helpful?
