oscillating fan

I have been trying to developing a Multi Axis mill and have already made a mill with X Y Z Axis and was wondering if I could use a old heavy duty oscillating fan unit for the spindle and the two other Axis.dose any one here have knowledge are know how to do this.

If this works im going to sell the Idea and plans on ebay
