Hello, new here and always learning and hope my question does not confuse everyone, for lack of my knowledge.
I am working on the force calculations of the joints, (moment and coefficient of friction) needed for an articulated robot arm with five degrees of freedom, the end effecter is a bearing spindle.
What I cannot find is the plunge, holding force of the spindle and spindle velocity min, max, optimal needed for milling various Woods and ferrous/non ferrous materials per bit size: so I can add these to the moment and coefficient of friction of the arm calculations.
Any help in finding the sources for the information will be greatly appreciated!!
