How to calculate Torque In A Gear System

For example my gear is 5 inch diameter and the weight of the load is 200 lb what is the minimum torque I need to lift the weight. I assume the height is constant so it doesn't you lift 1 inch or 1 foot the torque should be same.

How do you calculate based on my example?

    Thanks
