    Extending a piece of 80/20

I searched these forums but could not find an answer on how to extend a
piece of 80/20, the 1530 series in particular.
Obviously the best thing to do would be to buy a piece that is the length you
need but there should be a way to extend a piece that is reasonably strong.
I looked at the connectors available through 80/20 but could not find a connector designed for what I need to do. Does anyone have an idea that would work and would be strong?

I don't know what loads are required but probably the strongest would be:

    part# 3370 - 6 total

Then on top of those(if they will still fit):

    part# 4305 - on the 1.5" sides
    part# 4365 - on the 3" sides

To get better than that you would probably have to overlap the joint with two short pieces of extrusion, one on either side.

    Thank you Matt.
That's exactly what I was looking for.
I looked at the catalog and did not see the #3370
The #4365 was exactly what I needed for the sides.
