    Default In over my head?

Would anyone be able to start me on the right track as far as spindle selection. I would like to build a test stand to do spray pattern testing, no cutting. I need a RPM of at least 12,000, it must accept HSK A63 tool holders (can clamp manually or with collet). The spindle selection will drive the rest of the stands design. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At this speed, I suggest an insight into balance may be prudent.

Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. THREE ways to fix things: The RIGHT way, the OTHER way, and maybe YOUR way, which is possibly a FASTER WRONG WAY!
