Do any of you Mazak gurus know the parameter to turn on the hard disk I/o feature for the Fusion 640T control? We have six machines in our shop, two of them are QT200's and they have the ability to transfer programs via a network to our Mazak server. The remaining four machines (SQT250 & SQT250MY's) do not have the ability to transfer programs to our Mazak server. On the four machines under setup on the hard disk I/O page the I/O directory is grayed out and I cannot select a network folder I've called Mazak applications and so far they have not offered a solution. The four machines are physically connected to the network via a pcmia card and under network neighborhood see the shared Mazak folders on the server. Anyone? Thanks, Philip |

| Hi, Is it possible to transfer HD -> Memory or HD -> ICcard ? If no, pl check on top of the screen any "Setting" or so Menu & check if there is any "Default Program Directory" setting & whether this directory exists in HD or not? If yes, i am not sure, but may be network folder mapping in CNC may be required. For long (3-4years) i am out of touch with on PCFusion 640 controller, so the menu mentioned above may be different. It is only my opinion. Regards, Girish |

| I can transfer programs on all machines using the pcmia card slot on the front of the control. The issue is that on the four machines the "I/O folder" is grayed out and I cannot select a shared network folder to transfer programs too. We have six machines which have combined have around 9000 programs that I need to get on the server. I cannot just copy the files from the t_backup directory. Thanks, Philip |
