Mazatrol WPC Error

New here, So I'll start by saying hi.
I'm new to Mazatrol and have been running a vertical Milling center with the M640 controller. The shop will only use mazatrol, they do not want any EIA programming.
Some problems I seen and am curios about are with the WPC. One program I came across, had 180 degrees in the theta for two of the four WPC's. Fixture was running four parts, with two of them loaded at 180 degrees. It auto probed a bore at each location for X & Y. The two that were rotated had error in the WPC pick-up. I moved the 180 from the WPC to an offset to fix the problem, but still am curious of why it was not picking up the proper location.

Check your auto probe pattern parameters, make sure that the parameters are setup for this type of fixture and that the auto comp/calc parameters are correct. These parameters are in your parameter manual.

I have run into many problems when probing when there is an angle in theta in the wpc. I believe the problem comes from the parameters that are set when the probe is calibrated. The controler does not properly figure out the wpc if the angle is 180 I dont think the machine flips the parameter. The way to program around this problem is to set the wpc theta to 0 then use a probing unit to probe the hole. Next just insert an offest line with the 180 degrees you need to flip the program around.
