Need Help!- slant turn with t-1 home & barrier problem

hi there,

for barrier, i work with tail stock, everything work great, about 15pcs later,when a tool change occur, the turret smash back of the live center body of tail stock!!!!! and not 1/4" at least 3.5"
before my wpc. why i can do 15pcs with no problem and the control decide to do this?? and few day before i run this prog for 75 pcs . really strange
no servo alarm or any

after that, pcs doesn't repeat

the problem is when i go x-z home the value of the zero in display change, up to .045"in x and .110"in z . but i put test indicator on both at home place and always stop into .0005". when a tool change occur,tool offset move too.

Check your barrier grid shift position after so many parts performed. Barrier grid and pattern are in your parameter manual.
