Tool magazine stuck (AL 212), integrex 400IV Matrix

The machine dropped a tool in the back of the machine yesterday, and when I came to the machine today the ATC was out of position. Got the ATC back to normal, but the tool magazine won't move.

I tried to run manual on the rear, it unclamp, and then nothing more happens.
Can't run it to home position in the ATC-menu.
Has done several reeboots of the machine.

The magazine is positionated between two tool pockets, probably that caused the tool to drop out yesterday.

Anyone who can help?

Edit:
The alarm 212 is like this, translated to english
Alarm magasine drive wheel.
Push reset, shut off the machine and reboot. Then manually move the magazine, to check there is no interference between the tools.

If alarm not disappears, contact Mazak technic center.

Edit 2:
The single block button flashes.

I just checked the servo error code (magazine motor), it says:

Cause: The absolute position coordinate data in the amplifier has been lost.
Remedy: Initialize the zero point (reference point).

I don't know what to do.

Can anyone write a "Run tool magazine to reference point - For dummies"

You can try this.
With the mouse, go to the start menu - All programs - MRJ2 Setup Software - MRJ2 Setup Software.
Click on Setup Axis - Select Axis - Choose the MRJ2 you need to fix (Hopefully you can tell which one by the description).
Click on Parameter and then ABS Pos Repair.
If you cannot select ABS Position Repair then it was never backed up on this machine. If that is the case then you will need to get the procedure on how to rehome that drive. Each one is very specific on how it is homed out and it can be a pain.
Maybe someone on here has done the magazine on an Integrex before and will post up.

Good luck!

S52 00E9 S- E9 Main circuit OFF warning.
Z70 0002 Z0 02 Absolute position reference data lost.

Can you find that MR-J2 on the back of the machine? It should be in a panel close to the magazine. Can you tell us what is flashing on it?

The integrex also have hydraulics for the ATC-arm, but that's not the problem. The magazine won't move.

I got a answer on another forum, I need to contact the service guys, to get the magazine back to position Not so easy to restore the magazine zero point, special tools and knowledge

IT WORKS !! :-)

IT WORKS !! :-)

The trick was to not follow the instructions in the maintenance manual...
It says:
Press MAGAZINE HOME SET MODE
Press MAGAZINE HOME SET
Menu item will blink
Then rotate the magazine.

But I rotated the magazine before pressing MAGAZINE HOME SET.
Otherwise I couldn't move the magazine...
After pressing the MAGAZINE HOME SET I did a quick touch at the magazine rotation button. Just not to move the magazine, then the MAGAZINE HOME SET was highlighted instead of blinking.

We adjusted the ATC-zero point a little bit here and there, and then it worked :-)

Changes tools without throwing them out, the right tool comes in.
Great!

Thanks for all help!!

Regards from Sweden
