Hi, we have mazak lathe with T32-2 control that lost parameters due to battery death. Machine was brain dead not reacting to any buttons. Using reinitialzng procedure found here in other thread we managed to bring it back into life. Butons were lit and screen came up with message [parameter error]Available with machine parameters were typed manually and saved. Machine does not show any errors and reacts to all controls as it shoud. Except one - it does not perform Z-axis homing. I can still jog axis both sides but cannot get it homed. Chuck, tail, spindel jog, turret etc all work just fine. What it could be? Thanks for any help. |
