Have multiple Mazaks with M-32 controller with only 6 fixture offsets in EIA(G54-G59). Is there any way to get more? Is it possible to have an EIA program and call up a Mazatrol sub and just have a fixture offset in the sub?? Any help will be greatly appriciated. I have been on Mazaks for the past few years using both G-code and some Mazatrol and I cannot figure this out. AAAARRRGGGHH. |

| I never run Mazak mill but check your parameter manual, and it's doesn't hurt try turn it on, normally it is optional g54.1 ...... blah blah up to g54.9 and g55.1 .... blah blah up to g59.9. Other thing you can try is G52 once you know how to twist it, you can have unlimit virtual offset.

| You can use a Mazatrol main program and have eia subs called in, use the WPC unit to set the program offsets and call subs in for each WPC you need. There is really no limit to WPC's other than the machines memory capacity. As long as no G54,55 etc is called in the eia sub it will use the Mazatrol WPC for it's offset. |
