| Hey guys been awhile, I am running a Mazak 350 Nexus lathe with a Fusion control running an eia program to do some o.d. milling. I am cutting some slots using the vertical mill spindle 16 times equally spaced then switch to the horizontal mill spindle with a 1/8 dia. lollipop endmill to deburr the face of each slot. Both tools in the program have the same c axis coordinates but the deburring tool is cutting heavy on one side. Without adjusting each c axis location to get it to cut even, can i just put in a c axis offset to control that tool? Any help would be appreciated. |
