Netzteil PD 21B Schaltplan

Hallo,
ich suche einen Schaltplan oder den Wert der Diode D22 (kein Aufdruck, schaut aus wie eine 4148 ist es aber nicht.) für das Netzteil PD 21 B (Eingesetzt in einer Traub TND 400 mit TX 8 Steuerung).

The Powersuply works correct with a 10V 1,3W Z- Diode for D22 since 9 Month.
