I have a Mazak VTC-41 with a EIA/Mazotrol (Yasnac MX3) and the Home Position move .197 or 5mm, The home switch (dog) has no signed that it moved. I had to add .196 to the work offset

What would cause this to happen?

If the switch is slow to pop out after coming off the home dog it will go to the next grid back. Check that the switch is not sticking.
