| I have a Mazak AJV 60/120 with an M-Plus controller. For the past (3) years it has been giving a tape error when drip feeding from the PC, but only if the program is longer than about 10-15 blocks. It will load the entire program into the memory but will not make it through the program when drip feeding. I have checked all parameters that were set when I had it working and they are all still set the same. I called Mazak and they said it sounded like the QX something, something, something, board. I had a repairman check it out and he replaced the board and $3500.00 later (not counting the board), still no luck. the board was returned to Mitsubishi since it did not seem to be the problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or what to check? |

| That card would've been my guess (if all other settings are correct).... But question: You're drip feeding a program that might be as short as 10-15 blocks???
