Programing help W/Live tooling

I am looking for help with programing a profile on this part. The machine is a Super Quick Turn 18 with live tooling, using Mazatrol T-Plus.
I have attached a simple drawing or the profile.I only need the profile with the .298 diameter.I would be using a .125 end mill so the .06 radius will be .0625
thanks for the help!!

You're in luck...this is a pretty simple part, with basically two passes.

Perhaps the easiest way to approach this is to call the center of the part your 0,0 and use X,Y terms, not radius and angle. Unlike conventional drawing standard, the angular Zero is straight up at noon. Positive is still CCW, negative is CW, starting at that Zero.

Also, your X,Y is done in Goofytrol by Mazak. Your +X is vertical, up from center, and +Y is from center to the left, or 9 O'clock. (No, that's not my idea, but it might help make it easier if you just shift your drawing 90deg CW.....I'm givin' this to you the way Mazak presents it, so if you see it in the manual it'll make sense)

You'll have to plot your toolpath according to the center of the tool, point-to-point. I'm gonna plot this for conventional milling. Reverse the paths for climb.

....But first....Have you programmed live tooling before, and do you have programs on the machine that you can reference? My machine is an SQT250M with the 640T control....should be close enough.

The code....as close as I can come in this format... (.xxx=your choice)

Mode: LCT FCE GrvWidth: .125 Depth .xxx Finish .xxx RV xx FV xx FR-1 (radial feedrate /rev) FR-2 (axial feedrate/rev)

SEQ SHP:
STP X.25 Y.1308 Z0 (starting feed in Z off the part, depth is from Z0....
LNE X.1453 Y.1308
CCW X-.1453 Y.1308 RADIUS .1955
LNE X-.25 Y.1308
LNE X-.25 Y-.1308 (feeds over for other side
LNE X-.1453 Y-.1308
CCW X.1453 Y-.1308 RADIUS .1955
LNE X.25 Y-.1308

----end of Unit

Mind you, I'm doing this at home, in my jammies, not in front of the machine, so that's my disclaimer if it isn't even close. Hopefully, it's in the ballpark!
