We are currently hobbing on our Nexus Qt 100-MY with a fair amount of success, the issue we have is we cannot cut gears with 100+ teeth. We get an error #809. We have spoken with Mazak and they say that the parameter for polygon turning is set at 2 digits. Is there a workaround to increase this? Any help would be appreciated The line we use is: G51.2 P1Q100<Q=number of teeth> Thanks in advance. Brian |
