Exclamation MAzatrol T32B Control

I'm trying to revamp a QuickTurn 8N thats been sitting for some time (Its full of rat droppings!!) I get the following error on startup:

Bus error
Error at or near $004C0D96

I've checked all connections and all seems to be OK. I suspect the problem is somewhere in the NC as the LEDs don't look OK. Another so-called tech worked on the mach before me and literally ran away, taking the manuals with him. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

What LED's are on on the MC116 board in the control?
How long did the machine sit before you turned it on. There is a good chance the batteries dies during power off. It will be tough to tell because the batteries recharge on power up so they may read fine right now. If the batteries died then you will probably have to reinitialize the control.

Initialize the control to get rid of the ****. Changing batteries and reloading parameters is not enough in this case.
