Problem- Mazak -MTV515- Magazine-M32B

Dear all,

I have one machine MTV-515 M32B system with 30 toolings.

It is alarm 268 # --- Magazine in position alarm. But from PLC I_O signal:

XF (in position ) is on, but XE (Magazine timing pulse) is off. I forced XE to 1.

From PLC I/F, I checked E=1. but from the ladder, I monitored (T57) and found that XE is off. So can not cansel 268 # alar.

Can someone tell me which reason get alarm 268#?

Is the encoder down? (GS-1857N made by Yasgawa)

How to cansel ?
