If partially black it could be the vertical scan circuit has developed a problem, if completely black, then the CRT high voltage, or the CRT itself.
Both issues will not affect the actual running of the machine.

Hello,
Yesterday I turned on my VQC 15/40 M32 as I do it every day, started to load the system and when went around a fifty percent the monitor was black... but the hydraulic pump and the leds on the front panel turned on also.
Machine can do home #1 and turn the spindle to 2000 rpm without problems but with the black screen... someone can give me an indication where to start to review?
Thank you.
P.S.: Until this happens, had never spent nothing strange previously, it was suddenly.

I don't know of that machine personaly, but just a few months back had the same kind of thing happen, just got done setting it up and boom, blank screen. It turned out there was a little 1 amp fuse that blew in the controler.
Just a thought![]()
