Hi There; If for some reason you have CNC machines not running due to not having work for them you should power them up at least once a week and run a warm up program. This will keep components lubricated and also keep the batteries charged. Make sure you have back up data such as parameters and program file. Really should have a hard copy of your parameters on hand in case you have a Brain Dead control due to battery issues. Just thought I would share this info since I know there are alot of shops that do not use all their machine all the time due to not having enough work for them. MTSS Service |
