OVER TRAVELED ON X AND Y AXIS. OT RELEASE WITH RESET BUTTON DOWN DOES NOT WORK. OT RELEASE WITH MFI OR MF2 BUTTONS DOES NOT WORK.
I THINK I NEED TO RESET OR CHANGE A PARAMETER. THAT WAS CHANGED IN THE PROCESS OF RESETTING CENTERLINE ZERO BUT TECH NOT AVAILABLE AND NOT VERY EXPERIENCED WITH MATRIX CONTROLS ANY-WAY. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Did you try MF1, MF2 AND RESET?? Pressing all three at the same time should allow you to handle the axis if it's a true overtravel condition and nothing else is wrong.

If you believe that the tech's parameter change caused the OT problem, why not have him change them back to the original numbers and see if the OT problem goes away? You must isolate the cause before you can fix the problem.
