Need Help!- Ezatrol/Mazak settings

Hi. We have a QTN-100. The control says Mazatol 640T Nexus on the face.
We purchased Ezatrol Pro. and the cable from Ezatrol. I am not conversant in computer communications. We are trying to save and send Mazatrol programs. So far I have recieved part of the test program into the computer but not all of it (the comments are cut off and it looks incomplete). Sending to the CNC has alarmed out every time.
Can someone help with the settings of both Ezatro and the Mazak? There must be a standard set of setting (I hope).

Try contacting Erik at Ezatrol he helped me set mine up. I'm not sure about your control, but he had to send another cable end with the correct pin out to get mine working.

The cable wiring should be the same for all systems.
At the machine side on the 25 pin:
2=white
3=red
7=green
jump 8, 6 and 20
jump 4 and 5

On the computer side 9 pin:
2=red
3=white
7=green

The color is not important just as a ref. so you can see that 2 and 3 are crossed.

The parameters should be strait forward.

Not yet. Too busy to call. Busy is a "problem" I can live with.
We exchanged emails and I wrote to him, after he asked me to call, but he hasn't written back. Vacation maybe? I need to be free at the same time as the Mazak. Not always possible.
