| If I remember right, go into the Maintenance page and then to one of the "ATC" soft switches. In there, there's a button for zeroing or HOME magazine/chain or something like that.

| was in touch with mazak tech, he said run magazine in reverse 2times past pocket 1 and should find where tool1 is, but still machine can only pick tool 1 when i go to MDI and select tool 1. when i select tool 2 the carousel spins round and round and doesn't stop doesn't know where other tools are. thinking its proximity switch .any body have input output codes for diagnostic monitor for magazine and switches to see if their working? Thanks! |
