I could REALLY use a sample EIA-ISO program for my Mazatrol Cam T-2!

Thanks for any help in advance guys.....the dilemma I have is that I need to shift from the typical Mazatrol programming we normally use on this machine to the EIA-ISO format for a specific job. I use Feature-Cam and have generated my shapes and output NC code. First of all, FeatureCam comes with many post-processors so choosing the correct one may be my issue. I've had no issues sending EIA programs to the Mazak, they just won't fully run. The program below upon Cycle Start will change to the proper tool then just sits there. I just don't know what this machine needs. Are there parameter settings I need to change when shifting from Mazatrol to EIA? Also, is the Z axis the same direction in Mazatrol as it is in EIA/ G-code? Sorry to bombard you guys with all the questions but I'm beginning to exhaust my options. Here's the code I've sent to the Mazak.......

Can't help you much (don't do much lathes) with a T2 control since I can't remember the last time I saw one but it might be helpful for us is you mentioned what machine model this is on and any other options (sub spindle, live tool, etc). Your spindle probably starts but it won't move beyond that? If I'm thinking right, M41 is a low speed gear select isn't it? Maybe S1200 is out of that range?

Psychomill....thanks for the reply and YES that M41 does call for low gear. That MAY be it. The spindle does NOT start which is why I think you're correct. I'll try that. Since my post this morning, I've run quite a few different post processors on this program. Alot to try, that's for sure. The machine is a Mazatrol CAM T-2 with no sub spindle or live tool. Thanks again!!

Different post processor with the M41 remaining and the program now starts except it tries to return past (it looks like it anyway) home and then gives me a stored stroke error. That's where I am currently....1:15 7-7-09

It looks like the machine is trying to use the home position as X 0, Z 0 and trying to run from there. I'm unsure how to offset these values or what code to insert that allows an offset to be added. Anyone?
