Mazatrol 640M/ EIA program

Do I need a H nest to the G43 so it know what Tool offset we are in use?

It depends on your machine parameter settings and what style of offsetting you're using (Offset page or Tool Data page).

Yes But does it use a "H15" After G43 or does it know from the tool it self?

hello,

as psycomill said, it's depend on your parameter setting. You can check it at User Parameter --> F parameter (EIA/ISO). F93 if I'm not wrong.
if you use tool offset, you need to put H there.
If you use tool length of tool data, you no need to put H there. It will follow tool data value.
Please read operation manual book, Setting tool data for EIA/ISO section for detail explanation.
