MAZAK m32b parameter lost

I have a mazak VMC,the system is mazatrol M32B,the machine type is V414.is double pallet,because long time not used.the parameter lost.now the pallet can`t change.need help.thanks

MAZAK spare parts department can help you get original factory parameters. Usually, $500 approx and they copy all the paper they have for your machine in their archieves.

At least that's what I've seen in the USA.
