For QTS-200 Ladder

Hello,

I buy a machine QTS-200 from Singapore.

System is Mazak Fz (Fanuc Oi) .

But now I get alarms, and want to fix it according to the ladder.

However, when i open PMCLAD, need password to monitor the Ladder !\

Have someone konw the password ?

Please tell me !

The password is 123456 or put 1234567 still if you have problem please mail me the details of machines on prabhatmishra@mail.com

I'm sorry so late to answer for you !
I push the soft button "PMC " and get the screen of IMG_0372.jpg, and directly input 123456 or 1234567 then enter, get alarm of screen IMG_0374.jpg, if press the soft button "zoom " ,get the screen of IMG_0373.jpg.

Can you tell me :
Is the password wrong of my operation is wrong? If my operation is wrong, can you show me the correct way ?

i think better you contact mazak service, because if your machine is new it must get warranty right...??
