| Solved, Hope it helps someone someday ![]() Hi everyone. We have a problem with our Mazak SQT 200MSY (Fusion 640T). It started with a couple of lockups. I called our Mazak support and they sent us a new "computer", a FCU6-MU515-12. Of course I managed to loose the parameters but we had an backup from when the machine was new. I switched to the new box and I think that i have restored all of the parameters including the Options cassette. Alarms are gone. Just had to load the ladder into flash rom. Who would have figured =) Y-axis problem is still there thou. =S Now to the fun part of my post! After restart I get these Alarms: 200 Thermal trip (emergency stop) 205 Milling controller malfunction 215 Chuck system malfunction 221 Turret clamp sensor malfunction 224 chuck sensor malfunction 267 Ball screw lubrication alarm 351 Spindle contactor fault 379 Only says AL379 but I think I read somewhere that its some kind of battery warning. 352 Power supply cintactor fault (typo I guess) If I change back to the old box I don't get these alarms although I run both on the same backups. Have checked all of the parameters in the standard parameter window as well as O, SP, SV-parameters Can it be as I hope that I have missed some part of the backup procedure? Thankful for any help I can get! Last edited by Darchon; 05-21-2009 at 02:54 AM. Reason: Alarms are gone, ladder --> FL-ROM |
