Need Help!- Mitsubishi Numerical Control System

Hi guys,

we are running a couple of Mitsubishi NC systems FCA C3 in our factory in Uzbekistan. The PCB's of those systems are discontinued and we are looking for spare parts and/or repair facilities.

The systems FCA C3 consist of:

Amplifier MR-S11-700E01 or MR-S11-900E01
(with RG101 card);
Detector Card RF371;
Main Card MC801;
Net Card MC812

Is there any company around, who is still selling spare parts or is able to repair any PCB's. Would be very grateful, if there is still support available.

Mitsubishi in Chicago USA still offer repair support on older cards, most of the older stuff is no longer offered on an exchange basis but repair only.

Hi Al_the_man,

thanks for your quick response, it is very much appreciated. Do you have any contact (email address, phone number, etc.) of Mitsubishi in Chicago USA? I want to clarify details with them, before I give any information to my colleagues. Repair is good enough, I didn't expect somebody selling spare parts anyway. If there is any company, that still does, I'll be very happy to contact them.

There is also an Ebay seller by the name of Machinre that sells stripped Mazak/Mitsubishi CNC, it may pay to contact him also.

For those of you, who are interested....
Mitsubishi US (Chicago) and Europe are still able to sell spare parts for that system. They are also both able to provide repair services.
