Hi, I have a 20/40 VQC Mazak with a Mazatrol control. The Z axis tra-41a servo control board went bad. We replaced the board with a rebuilt board and everything seems fine except we get a fault code of 22 I am hoping someone out there has an answer, Mazak servicemen are extremely expensive around here, I would not mind paying except if it is some simple keystroke I would feel foolish. | Alarm 22:= Z axis detecting signal missed. Seems you still have an issue with the Z detection? Also try Mitsubishi support in Chicago. Al.
