Problem- Mitsubishi DL MAZ Spindle Drive

Looking for a replacement DC Spindle Drive for a Mitsubishi Meldas 500L series DL-MAZ with the following ratings:

Type: DL-MAZ

INPUT: 3 Phase 200V @ 50 Hz; 220/240 VAC @ 60Hz.
Single Phase Control Circuit @ same voltage as above

OUTPUT: 0-210 VDC @ 215A Max
Field: 65VDC @ 20A max

Doesn't have to be a DL-Maz, doesn't even have to be Mitsubishi (I'm an integrator and can pretty much adapt anything that's even close)

If it helps motor specs are as follows:

DC Super Line 30KW 210VDC @ 165A
Model: Type: SDN-CFZ
S/N: Z11783001

Drive that is in my customer's machine at present will either cause Forward and Reverse Motor contactors to chatter or will just simply stop the firing circuits to the SCR's (uncontrolled stop). Don't really relish the thought of rebuilding this unit (although it is an alternative). Customer has already spent a ton of money on different repair approaches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a pretty old drive. I would suggest replacing it with either a Eurotherm or a Control Techniques (Quantum) drive. Both of these drives are pretty easy to integrate to these old DC motors.
