Machine won't take programs

Hi;
I brought this up before but I still don't have it working. I have a Supermax with a Meldas M3 controller. I've had this machine for 7 years and it stopped send/recieve programs. I moved the machine (4 ft.) reconnected everything and I/O is not working. I've had the dealer I bought the machine from come in (3 times) replaced both I/O boards and nothing. It worked fine before this. I've checked and rechecks the parrameters, a new cable and even a different PC.
Anyone else ever had this issue???
Help!! we've been fat fingering programs into the machine, it runs great but no I/O from the PC.

Yeah, he said that. I'm pretty sure he's reposting in the hope that a fresh pair of eyes will see this one and have a solution. Sorry Pete, I've got nothing. I can barely tie my shoes when it comes to computer comunications. Oh, wait. Maybe that's my problem. Computers have no shoes!
