Need Help!- FX784-8

HEI FRIENDS,

WE DO HAVE ONE MAZAK QE10 WITH CAM T2 CONTROLLER.WHEN WE SWITCH ON WE ARE GETTING ONLY THE CRT MONITOR GETTING ON WITHOUT PICTURE.WE HAVE DONE THE MEMORY CLEAR AND PARITY CLEAR PROCEDURES AND FOUND THE ROM PARITY LED ON THE FX 784-8 CARD IS LIT AND THE PROBLEM REMAINING SAME IE THE MONITOR WITHOUT PICTURE.ANY THING TO DO WITH FX 702 CARD.

Unfortunately the ROM error means that one or more of the ROM's on the FX784-8 card is corrupt and needs to be re-written. That can only be done at Mitsubishi. In doing so the ROM's will all be cl;eared by ultraviolet light and then all will be re-written with the proper S/W. It's usually better to send in the FX784-9 PCB also. If the S/W is real old they may also need to send you the MCU roms on your motion control card too as well as the PC basic ROM's on the FX15/25 or FX715 PCB. All S/W have to match properly.
