Need Help!- Mirror image on Mazatrol M32B???

I have a Mazak mill with a Mazatrol M32B control. I am trying to mirror image a program from the control??? Is this possible? If so please explain how. Thanks for any help.

I can't remember if it was an option on the 32 controls or not... I think it should be G51.1/G50.1 for on/off. I'd have to check ....

I don't like useing mirrio Image. If you must reset in the middle of running a program the Mazatrol will nor reread the Mirror Image. G50.1 Programmable mirror image cancel

M-90 cancle symetrical image valid (MAZATROL)
M-91 wpc x valid symetrical image valid (MAZATROL)
M-92 wpc y valid symetrical image valid (MAZATROL)
M-93 wpc 4 valid symetrical image valid (MAZATROL)

Place a M code unit in front of the unit or program you want to image and then palce a M code unit after the unit to cancle it.

Caution you can not reset in the middle of a Mazatrol program and than restart.

You must start from the beginning.

FYI...Restart is possible by having a M-Code Unit with the M91,92 etc in it. Put a priority one number before the tool you want to restart on then restart from the M-Code unit. I usually have a "restart m-code unit with delay 99 in it and change the priority if the need to restart arises.

INSTEAD OF USING M CODE UNIT, YOU CAN INSERT CODE AT TOOL LINE WHERE YOU CAN DIRECTLY INSERT M91 AFTER CUTTING SPEED & FEED.THEN YOU CAN RESTART PROGRAM FROM ANY UNIT.
