A general info question: Is there any slick MAZATROL Program Units on an M32 that handle cylindrical type rotary table machining in that elegant MAZATROL way? It's my understanding that MAZATROL will give you an indexer unit, but any machining with rotary axis is only a MANUAL UNIT, which is no more than abbreviated G code within a MAZATROL program. Is my understanding correct? thanks jim |

There is no mazatrol units for the rotery axis other than index. There is still nothing for them even in the matrix controls. On the live tooling lathes there is units for slot and line left/right and drilling. I dont realy understand why mazak has nothing, it would be a great option to have. For now i guess we are just stuck using G-code in EIA or a manual unit. |
