ALARM NO 408

Hei Friends,
In our Mazatrol controller M2 after reloading all the parameters we are getting the alarm no 408 PROGRAMM ERROR and alarm no 100 TOOL DATA INCOMPLETE. will anybody please help.

Go to diagnostics and then hit the menu button for diagnostics. Cursor down to WH and type in 66EB9 move your cursor to the Hex data next to 66EB9 and type in 00 <Input> Power off and back on. This should clear your tool error.

Program error. Again go to diagnostics and move to WH and type 678B4 and move to hex data and type 00 and <input>. Do the same for 678C4 too and then power off and back on. Should clear your program error.
