We have a Mazak SQT 18MS MarkII with a Mitsubishi turret drive MDS-A-SPJ-37. Machine has been down for several months due to other repairs, mainly turret repairs. Have had turret off. Now it is showing a 25 power supply malfunction. Alarm shows after the program calls up tool and rotates extremly fast. We believe that the drive may have lost memory or may need adjusted. Do not have book on mistubishi drive. Resources for a manual would help out greatly.

we are having almost the same problem. jogging turret manually only leads to the turret spinning really fast and not locking with alarm 221.

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
