Mazak Fusion Motherboard replacement

Has anyone had Mazak replace thier motherboard on thier machine with the fusion control. I have a pair of SQT lathes and was told this was something that was done a few years ago along with replacing the hard drive due to a machine problem that was happening.

My screen is going blank and locking up while the machine still runs. You can continue to load parts and run them, but cant see or adjust anything on the screen.

Try running scandisk and have it convert any fragments into files and reboot. Sometimes it loses a file path if it is shut down without logging out first. If that doesnt work a hard disk and mobo replacement will cost you $3405.00 for the parts. Contact Mitsubishi and have them open a case number for your issue. If they agree the disk is bad they will take it back if it does not fix your problem. You MUST SAVE two files from your old disk and send them to Mits. before you pull the old drive. SRAMBKF.DAT and MNT_BKUP.DAT Those files tie the hdd to your machine serial number. Good luck.
