| Check the TOOL SET page one of your tools is set very long and moving the Z to the Index Position and going past the stroke limit Z If tool sets are ok change the index position parameter to X HOME Z HOME and that should fix it. The parameter changes with the control type and is in the parameter book, maybe P8 for the T1-2 P17 for T32-640. I don't have the manuals handy so be carefull changing things. |

| Thanks for the reply, I tried to zero out all of my tool offsets except for the two I was using, and they are approx. -15. inches and know when i try to run it is worse. I was about 1 1/2 inches off know i am about 8 inches off. the correct parameter is p17 and I have it set to 1 which should send x home and z to a clearance position. any further help would be help full. thankx, Williams002 |
