Hi guys! I have a problem with our nexus regarding the offset adjustments. Now, there's no problem when we are using mazatrol programs everything works fine but when we use eia/iso programs the machine won't read the offset values in the wear compensation and so we had to adjust to the toolset x and z if there's need for adjustments but i think that this is very unusual. Anybody here who could tell me what might be the problem? Thanks in advance. |

the control doesn't read wear offsets for x,y,z from usual "LIST". there is "TOOL OFFSETS" button for addition offsets table (only for ISO). During automatic operation with ISO program control uses only geometry offsets from "LIST" and wear offsets from "TOOL OFFSETS" table. Tools definitions are not use, exclude maximum rotating for milling tools |
