Circuit breaker CB2, and/or CB3, and/or CB5, and/or CB6, and /or CB10 if Flex robot equipt is/are tripped in the electrical cabinet. If no Breakers are tripped then maybe the Main Transformer Overheat Sensor is activated. Try jumper on OHT1 and OHT2 on the Rectifier Unit terminal strip if transformer doesn't feel hot. MrMazak says: "T-1 Missing condition alarm" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Many older QT10 and 20's have an air chuck system. You must wait a few seconds (you should hear a click as I remember) then push Cycle Start. The Missing Condition is the chuck close timer has not finished." Found this in another thread, hope it helps. Lee |

| Everytime you power up the machine, you have to re-enter your Z offset for that program, or it will throw "missing condition". Chuck switch (internal/external) may also do it if its in the wrong position. If the chuck isn't closed (you didn't wait for it) it will throw a "spindle inhibit", come to think of it that may be what it throws with int/ext switch set wrong. |
