Has anyone else found this or able to find it. I'm running a MAZAK Variaxis 630-5X with PC-Fusion 640m controller. After running a boring cycle in either Mazatrol or ISO the X value of the first dynamic work coordinate will change to zero (or close to it). And I wasn't even using that work coord for that job. It was when I continued with a job started the previous day on the other pallet that I discovered, at the cost of the job, that it had changed. Sounds unlikely huh? This is repeatable. I can only think that it's a software bug in the controller but wonder whether it's isolated to my machine or common to this controller version. Anyone else had this happen? Pete |
