    Mazatrol 640M

I am trying to transfer program from PC to Mazatrol 640. It works fine from machine to PC and when I transfer PC to machine, first 6 lines of the program is missing. I use ISO program and TAPE option to do the data transfer. I use a standard DNC software and it was working fine at other customer places with same controller. I do not want to use CMT. Can anybody help me.

Could be a few things... wrong baud rate.... baud rate too fast for length of cabe (try a slower baud) DNC start trigger not set up properly (on the PC side)...
It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....

Sounds like the DNC is sending before the control is ready. Are you starting the CNC receive first then sending from the DNC?
