Hey guys, just found this site and it looks like there are some very insightful people here. We just got a new Multiplex (our first one). I program using Mazatrol and for whatever reason I cannot use a manual program for head 2. The numbers on Z are way off. For example, I tell a drill to go to X and Z zero, the drill stops 4" in front of the part. I have managed so far just using all Mazatrol for head two but we all know there are some times where a manual program is much faster. I am talking about a Manual program, not EIA. Any help would be appreciated. |

| Keep in mind on the Head 2 side all z point must come from original Z0. Z0 should have crashed your machine. I am thinking it should have anyway. We have 6 Multiplexes in our shop. We use mazatrol for most everything. Rarely do we use Manual program. So I can't help much. |
