Hello, For the thread unit chamfering can be selected for the thread run-out and TC82 controls the length (TC82 * pitch) of the run-out. I'm trying to get it work with MATRIX/INTEGREX, however I experience some problems: Chamfering is programmed in the thread unit and TC82 is set to 4 (thread run-out should be 4 times the pitch), however the thread run-out appears to be much smaller than programmed; it never does a 4 * pitch movement at the thread end. My first guess was that there might be some clearance issues, not allowing for such a "big" chamfer for the run-out, however playing with the TPC parameters concerning the clearance didn't work out. Does somebody have an idea? |
