| Hi, yesterday at the first 2008 work startup I had a big trouble on the tools changer of my Johnford VMC with Mitsubishi M3 control. The problem is that the random arm tipe magazine seems not "remember" the location of each tool. I tried to clear and reset all values of the tools register page, and I followed the instructions on a document found in the download section of www.meau.com but nothing seems to work. The italian office of Mitsubishi is closed for holidays until 1/7 and I have an important job to do. Then, at this point, I want to try the manual setting of the system memory variables that control the positions of each tool during the work cicle. The user guide and the programming manual not cover this section of the CNC. Probably the references are on the M3 installation and maintenance manual. Who of you know this information? Thanks to all. |
